HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Northern Virginia: Provides a wide range of physical rehabilitation services, a vast network of highly skilled, private practice physicians and HealthSouth therapists and nurses, and the most innovative equipment and rehabilitation technology, ensuring that all patients have access to the highest quality care. Designed with the patient’s care in mind, HealthSouth offers 55 private rooms with amenities like televisions, telephones and wireless internet capabilities. In addition to caring for general rehabilitation diagnoses such as orthopedics, cardiac, and neurologic conditions such as Parkinson’s disease and ALS, HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Northern Virginia has specialized inpatient programs for stroke, hip fractures, brain injuries and amputations. The Adler Center is the first of its kind, combining the most advanced palliative care on an outpatient basis, as well as “Hospice at Home” and a 21-bed, in-house hospice facility where patient services are offered in a comfortable, home-like setting. The 50,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art, palliative care and hospice facility is located in Loudoun County at Route 50 and Gum Springs Road, in the Van Metre Stone Ridge Community at 24419 Millstream Drive in Aldie.
